Elementary Teacher

Spiritual Requirements:

1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
2. A passion for teaching from a biblical worldview
3. Create a positive climate where students not only excel academically but also grow spiritually

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field from an accredited institution
2. ACSI Certification (may apply upon hire, if necessary)

Skill Requirements:

1. Patience, enthusiasm, dedication, compassion, and respect for all students
2. Proficient use of technology to support education
3. Strong classroom management and organization skills
