General Qualifications:

  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • A calling to Christian education
  • A master's degree in education/administration or a related field from an accredited institution
  • ACSI certification (may apply upon hire)

Primarily responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate all middle/high school programs following policy and procedures adopted by the school board and administration of NCA.
  • Attend all administrative team and faculty meetings.
  • Work with the administrative team to develop both short and long-range goals.
  • Supervise the completion and maintenance of cumulative records for grades 6-12.
  • Supervision of middle/high school faculty.
  • Conflict resolution involving middle/high school faculty, students, and parents
  • Monitor LMS to ensure faculty are posting grades in a timely manner, etc.
  • Oversee the middle/high school discipline program.
  • Support extracurricular activities and represent NCA at major school functions.
  • Create a positive climate where students excel academically and grow spiritually.

  • Possess knowledge of current technology trends in education and have strong computer skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality pertaining to school matters.
