NCSSM employees are generally required to live within a 2-hour commuting distance of the assigned duty station.

• Leadership Across NCSSM-Durham, NCSSM-Morganton and NCSSM-Online 
• Enrollment, Master Schedule, Courses, and Programs
• Personnel
• Budget and Purchasing
• Administrative Coordination and Communication
• NCSSM-Online Program
• Instructional Duties - teach one course per academic year

Remote Options: Remote options are available (1) when students are not on campus and there are no in-person required meetings and (2) with supervisor approval.
